The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Steering Council was formed in 2021 to establish strategic accountability for results, provide governance and oversight for ATPCO’s diversity efforts, and play a crucial role in achieving organizational change. The Council comprises diverse employees with representatives from each division who reflect the diversity of gender, race, tenure, and levels across the company.
