Pros

Small office allows for a small but strong culture. Team knows how to work hard and play hard. Highlight for me has been the different exposure I get to different groups, not being pigeon-holed in one group has allowed me to learn more about different industries and learn what industries I enjoy, etc. Feel like they encourage growth with the company as it grows, and the work life balance is great for a job as demanding as IB. Supportive senior MDs have made my professional development easier and it's clear leadership values employees and you aren't "cog in wheel".
