Great experience through my interviews - my recruiter and coordinator prepared me for every step of the process and answered my questions as they came up! Interview team asked me great questions and really wanted to get to know me as a person . In the time leading up to my first day, the People team and my manager helped me get prepared for my first day and also answered any questions that I had, the experience couldn't have been better! I've been at Bitly for a few months now and I absolutely love it here. The people I get to work with are wonderful and love to collaborate. I am very supported by my manager and given the opportunity to grow and challenge myself on a daily basis. Our leadership team is AMAZING, genuinely cares about overall well-being and is always easy to communicate with whenever it's needed. So very happy to be here!Cons
