Hibu works with charities and local organizations in ways which complement our business activities. Since 2008, Hibu has raised more than $2.8 million dollars for local communities through its United Way campaigns based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and supported by our employees across the country.

Our employees are also generous with their time, volunteering in managing and supporting charitable and community activities, a good part of which are company coordinated.

We aim to reduce the impact of our offices on the environment and follow the philosophy of “reduce, reuse and recycle.” To this end, we ask our employees to try to use fewer resources whenever possible. We encourage our employees to recycle as much as possible (from paper, paper containers and ink cartridges to batteries and old cell phones) in order to minimize what’s sent to landfills.

Our award-winning onboarding program helps you master the art of selling at Hibu through a diversified approach of training, developing and coaching. Our initial sales training program has an ideal balance of virtual instructor-led sessions, eLearning segments and roleplay practice. After mastering the essentials, our training shifts to a real-world, on-the-job training and support model where we work to put all of the critical pieces into practice — and help you find your sales success!
