I work remotely, so I don't get to see my team in person as often as I'd like. We have a comprehensive health and safety program called SafeGuard to support workplace safety. Under the SafeGuard program, all facilities globally are required to meet stringent health and safety requirements.

We have a long history of giving back to our communities, and our commitment to our communities starts with our people. Our employees donate their own time and resources to address local needs and build a brighter future for neighborhoods around the world.
With charitable efforts throughout our company, our corporate giving supports everything from education to preserving and protecting resources. In 2011, we also established We Rise — an employee and company-funded program that helps satisfy the emergency needs of employees and their immediate families in the aftermath of catastrophic events or natural disasters.
