Mix of new platform and legacy platform work means some teams have less exciting problems than others to solve.JOIN US!
We are an award-winning online print and design company specialising in business stationery and promotional materials. We use technology to help make great design accessible to everyone, and have a little fun along the way.
Things we make
We want to set a new standard for print, with remarkable new products that bring great design and uncompromising, high standards to the web. Whilst many other printers have chosen to use new technologies to simply reduce the costs of printing (and often the quality), we strive to make print not only cost-effective but better than ever before.
Getting Bigger
From tiny beginnings, we now have 450 employees, with two offices in the UK and four in the USA.
Stacks of Opportunities
Sure, we make print products, but there's a lot more going on behind the scenes. It's why our tech team is over 60 people strong. And it means whatever your speciality, there’s a team for you here at MOO.
How we MOO things
You'll be working with smart, friendly, talented, enthusiastic people from all around the world. People who work hard to give our customers the best possible MOO experience. We follow six strong values:
PERKS
Learning is fun (no, really)
Knowledge, like a big bag of M&M’s, is best shared. That’s the idea behind Bitesize Learning – so we organise workshops on everything from coding to creativity to comedy with lunch thrown in!
Hungry?
Every Friday we sit down to lunch together. Sometimes it’s burritos, sometimes it’s burgers, occasionally it’s teriyaki salmon, but it’s always free.
Let’s partyEvery office has a party. But ours are a bit special. We dress up, we drink, we eat and we celebrate summer, winter, a new product launch or just because we feel like it.
MAKEIT is the core of MOO - The purpose we stand for, the values that make us who we are, and the behaviours we show up to every day.
Make it simpler
We make life easier for people, getting rid of unnecessary extras without dumbing down what we do or say.
Always deliver delight
We value positivity and fun because when this meets quality we light up the room and stick in people’s hearts and minds.
Keep it human
We understand the people we work for and with. No one wants to speak to a robot, or be treated like one. We celebrate who you are instead.
Every detail counts
We’re proud of what we make and we’re always getting better. It’s not perfectionism, it’s precision - and it means we ship greatness, always.
Imagine it better
We believe there’s a better way and we need to find it first. We have permission to dream and make those dreams real.
Tackle it together
We do great things when we bring different ideas together - like design and technology, or the many minds in our crews. Together we’re stronger.
Interview Tips
We like to find out about your past experiences and your interviews will generally be structured around Skills & Competencies and Values & Behaviours.
A behaviour based interview is a popular interview technique used to assess your experience based on your past behaviours. It has been proven that past behaviour is the best predictor of future behaviour.
At MOO culture is key and we want to nurture, evolve and protect it. The Values of an organisation should reflect the DNA of its employees. All company Values have intrinsically got behaviours built into them.
We follow six values:
How should I dress up?
One of the most common questions we ask ourselves when preparing to meet a new company is - "what should I wear?".
To help clear any doubts, MOO doesn't have a specific dress code policy. Our MOOsters typically come dressed in casual or smart wear (or a mix of both). Please come dressed in what you feel most comfortable in.
Inclusive workplace
We are working hard to create a representative, inclusive and super-friendly team. We know that different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds make for a better workplace and experience for our customers.
If you require any reasonable adjustments to your interview please email your recruiter as soon as possible to ensure this can be made.
Office Accessibility:
If you require access by wheelchair in Boston or Denver please contact us on peopleteam@moo.com
