Pros

We are empowered to be the best version of ourselves, diverse options are welcomed and valued, our work is impactful and we get to work with amazing people. Not to mention Rover is improving people's lives and is positioned to continue to grow!

Cons

There is a lot of change, I don't see it as a con but some may.

Our dogs are our family. We’ll provide funds to help you adopt or foster a dog. And whenever you need to get away, we’ll help cover your dog’s staycation with an awesome sitter.
