Subaru Love Promise
We believe in making the world a better place. That’s why we created the Subaru Love Promise. It is our vision to show love and respect to all people. In addition to our actions and efforts, we’ve signed a commitment to our customers and our communities to do our part in making a positive impact in the world. And, throughout the country, our retailers are doing the same. We do this because we feel it is the right thing to do.
Parts and Service Operations are the backbone of our business. These teams serve over 600 retailers and various Subaru of America (SOA), Regional, and Field personnel nationwide. The teams consist of automotive technicians, warehouse professionals, parts information coordinators, certified collision specialists, automotive claims specialists, warranty specialists, etc.
Growth and training are important to Subaru of America. We take pride in developing students to become strong employees and to take our mission further. We work with local colleges and universities to provide on-site training in a variety of capacities. Our main intern program is slightly different than most, in which we host our students on-site for a yearlong experience. These students work within our Information Technology, Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Parts and Service, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Responsibility, and Sales Departments. We will also host students for summer internships, which may vary year to year. For these roles, we will work directly with automotive students. We value teaching students about our culture, values, products, and most importantly, the Love Promise.
