The mission of the committee is to foster an environment that values diversity, encourages others to understand and learn new perspectives, and create a sense of appreciation and openness amongst our employees.

Tokio Marine North America Services Women in IT is a community dedicated to supporting career growth, equality, and inclusion in IT. We do this by providing resources and events to support women at every level of their professional careers. Our community hosts leadership skills development, networking opportunities, guest speakers, and community service events that while focused on the unique challenges and opportunities for women in technology, are open to all.
