Pros

you get vacations and sick days, and pay increases very year and good medical, dental and eye benefits, you get a 410K and a good Pension....and you get and ID and can ride the subways, buses for free with you Picture metro ID.

Cons

well depending on the tour you get one of the tours can be inconvenient
