XPO Rise 

Rise is a global high-potential development program aimed at providing rising leaders with an immersive approach to executive-level development.  

Rise participants build leadership behaviors and global mindsets through an engaging curriculum, including exposure to business challenges and executive expertise. Over the course of the program, they’ll learn via cross-functional projects, collaboration with peers and mentorships with executives throughout the organization, including their personal executive coach. Our goal with Rise is to build an internal bench of diverse employees who have the potential to move into executive roles across our businesses.

Transportation Operations

Customer Service

CDL Drivers

We know how important experienced drivers are to our success. That’s why we’ve invested in one of the largest, most modern and safety-equipped fleets in the industry, and we’re constantly updating our equipment and technology.

If you want to earn your CDL, you can do that at one of our driver schools. You’ll go from classroom training to behind the wheel as a licensed Class A truck driver. There’s no tuition cost, and you can earn a paycheck at XPO while you train. We even offer tuition reimbursement for recent CDL-A driver school graduates.

We put safety first, for our employees, communities and customers. One of our main objectives is to achieve zero job-related injuries and accidents. We use training and technology to constantly keep improving our safety ecosystem, and we have XPO safety professionals positioned across our operating regions.

Our global Road to Zero initiative and strict compliance measures are the foundations of our commitment to safety. Through this commitment to safety, we achieve recordable rates that are below industry averages for accidents and OSHA incidents.

Our approach to sustainability is rooted in innovation.

Environmental, social and organizational sustainability is woven into our decisions and operations. For instance, in 2018 in North America, we bought nearly 800 fuel-efficient tractors and deployed routing technology to reduce empty miles. In Europe, we’re investing in alternative fuel and high-capacity trucks that slash road miles and dramatically cut CO2 emissions.
