Senior Social Executive

We are looking for a Senior Social Executive to join our Relationships team in London.

This will be for an initial 6-month full time contract (FTC) with potential to become permanent.

The 1000heads Relationships team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, driven by a desire to deliver influencer and creator powered content to some of the world’s most impressive brands. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Accounts, Insights, to Design, to Strategy and Community  to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.

 

In this role, you'll collaborate across the business to manage and nurture influencer and creator relationships for a diverse range of brands. You'll play a key part in helping the agency deliver exceptional influencer and advocate campaigns, including influencer identification, outreach, relationship management, activations, and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Identify influencers/creators for different clients and campaigns, using 1000heads identification frameworks and using tools to validate influencer profiles
  • Build relationships with influencers and creators, establish a genuine connection with influencers of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication 
  • Maintain an ear to the ground for new influencers and creators to collaborate with 
  • Working directly with our creative studio to ideate and brief on engaging content to charge our influencer and creator activations
  • Building strong relationships with clients and identifying business development opportunities
  • Offering strategic thinking, creative spark, and commercial understanding to develop plans
  • Researching the latest social tools, platforms, trends and creators – and working to ensure that we are the first to innovate and experiment
  • Delivering reports, performance tracking & trend analysis to clients
  • Remaining culturally attuned and constantly challenging the team and our clients with new opportunities for innovation across the influencer marketing industry and tech-space
  • Feeding into campaign planning and responses in a strategic and activation capacity

    • An impressive understanding of social media and the value it can offer our brands
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you should speak the language of the internet
    • An eye for creative content: both written and visual and know the nuances of social media formats; if you know your Reels from your TikTok, this job is for you
    • Excellent organisational, time management & people management skills
    • The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye on the finer details
