About the Role:

Are you ready to lead an innovative IT team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are on the hunt for a passionate IT Team Lead who excels in communication, documentation, and problem-solving. If you’re delivery-focused and thrive in regulated environments, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Vision: Inspire and mentor a talented team of IT professionals
  • Communicate Like a Pro: Engage effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Document: Create and maintain detailed and comprehensive documentation of IT tasks, softwares and BAU processes
  • Solve Complex Problems: Tackle challenging technical issues with confidence
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of IT projects and services
  • Stay Compliant: Uphold regulatory standards and best practices. This includes supporting SOC2 audit and ISO27001
  • Support Users: Provide top-notch user support and training.

Ideally you will have...

  • Mastery of MacOS - Experience in implementing and managing MAC in enterprise environments
  • Expertise with JAMF - Must have implemented JAMF to manage MacOS estate in an enterprise environment
  • Proficiency in Azure AD (Entra) administration - Hands on admin experience
  • Familiarity with Office 365

  • Experience with JAMF Connect
  • Knowledge of Crowdstrike, Tenable, and Sharepoint - Admin experience is massive plus
  • Skills in, Jira, Bitbucket, and JSM
  • Proficiency in Zscaler, Slack and Zoom administration
  • Experience with AutoPkg and Azure Conditional Access Policies, InTune setup
  • Knowledge of Meraki, PaperCut, and Neatboard AV solutions
  • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager

The Covid-19 pandemic changed a lot of things about the way we work, including the enablement of colleagues working from various locations and delivering high performance through the effective use of remote working technology.

10x is a fully ‘remote enabled’ organisation and supports agile working. This role has a minimum office attendance requirement of approx. once a week in agreement with your line manager.

As all employees are employed on London-based contracts, commuting costs to the office are covered by employees and not by 10x.
