Summer Analysts will benefit from on-the-job, online, and self-directed training and development opportunities. Each intern will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching. Additionally, Summer Analysts will participate in activities like community involvement projects and networking events, and they will gain leadership insight and exposure through a speaker series.
As a Grandbridge Summer Analyst, you will gain experience in the life of a deal from start to finish, production to servicing. Summer Analysts will spend ample time with multiple departments ensuring interns receive an immersive experience.
