The Grandbridge Summer Analyst Program (Internship) provides college students with a 10-week working and immersion experience to sharpen their skills. During this internship, time is focused on summer long projects with other students and full-time, experienced teammates. Interns will have the opportunity to network with other interns, teammates, and senior leaders. Grandbridge interns sharpen the leadership, technical, and business skill they'll use for the rest of their careers. The internship program serves as a pipeline to our Grandbridge full-time positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Summer Analysts will benefit from on-the-job, online, and self-directed training and development opportunities. Each intern will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching. Additionally, Summer Analysts will participate in activities like community involvement projects and networking events, and they will gain leadership insight and exposure through a speaker series.

As a Grandbridge Summer Analyst, you will gain experience in the life of a deal from start to finish, production to servicing. Summer Analysts will spend ample time with multiple departments ensuring interns receive an immersive experience.

The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Each Summer Analyst will:

  • Learn about banking, financial services, and the various divisions within the organization as assigned during the internship
  • Gain analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities
  • Complete special projects or assignments that assist the department in its mission and help the intern learn more about the corporate environment
  • Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily
  • Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns to develop lasting professional connections
  • Receive performance feedback
  • Prepare a capstone presentation to leadership and special guests

Location:

Grandbridge is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, with offices throughout the U.S. in cities including but not limited to Atlanta, Birmingham, Chicago, Houston, Memphis, New York, San Francisco and Washington, DC.

The role is specifically for our Atlanta, GA office.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Working towards the completion of a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university with a scheduled final graduation date of December 2023 or May/June 2024
  • Demonstrated strong academic performance with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional composure
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior completion of Real Estate coursework
  • High interest in pursuing real estate/financial services as a career
  • Previous real estate/financial services work experience or internship
  • Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude
  • Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
  • High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
  • Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
