Cloud Chamber is seeking a passionate Production Director to lead a globally distributed production team for AAA console development, focusing on mentorship, resource allocation, and project management.

Skills

10+ years in video game production
Experience in AAA titles
Expertise in production workflows
Advanced project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Define and implement overall production strategy
Establish and oversee production workflows
Lead and mentor the production team
Manage capacity planning for the project
Communicate production risks and solutions
Prepare detailed reports on production performance

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
