• Design and develop KPI dashboards and other data visualizations/reporting in PowerBI for the business to help inform decision making at the highest levels of the organization while maintaining documentation.
• Continuously monitor and maintain the quality of underlying report data. Develop and execute test cases (data validation rules) for data validation during user and system integration testing.
• Design visually appealing dashboards using appropriate color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Create guidelines to produce a consistent, standardized, and efficient end user experience.
• Collaborate with key business leaders to understand business needs and requirements, and assess client needs using a structured requirements process to identify priorities and provide options.
• Work closely with the Data Team to ensure tight alignment of dashboards with the Data Warehouse.

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Business Intelligence and Data visualization using BI tools such as PowerBIStrong understanding of data visualization best practices and the ability to design intuitive and insightful dashboards and reports by synthesizing large amounts of detailed information.
• Expertise in data modeling, including creating and managing complex data models, understanding relationships, hierarchies, and data integrity.Advanced SQL skills and experience in writing complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency in Power Query for data transformation and cleansing, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating calculated columns, measures, and custom tables.
• Knowledge of integrating various data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, APIs, Cloud Services (Azure, AWS), and On-Premises data gateways.
• Proficient in requirement analysis, business process modeling, and documentation techniques (e.g., use cases / user stories, data flow diagrams, data mapping, data interrogation, etc.)Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies and ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills

• Good to Have:
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Experience working with Azure Platform, preferably using Azure Data Services like Azure Data Lake Gen2, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks.
• Experience with data engineering tools and technologies like Python, Spark.
• Knowledge of Data Lake and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Familiarity with machine learning technologies.
