Creative Designer - 12 Month FTC

We are currently seeking a Creative Designer to join our Marketing and BD team for a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a full-time, hybrid role supporting our client and business development, marketing initiatives and brand strategies. The designer will be responsible for creating visual assets for corporate communications, branding materials, and presentations. Working closely with and under the guidance of the Brand and Creative Managers, they will collaborate with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to design and maintain the firm's visual identity across various platforms and projects.

This will involve the creation of print and digital marketing materials supporting the firm's business development strategies. Sophisticated, modern and impactful designs are key principles to how the firm communicates with the market. Projects are varied and will include B2B comms, designs for client events, presentations, animations, digital advertising and digital publications.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Corporate design, visual communication and branding
  • Strongly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Design the firm’s communications in a creative format using layout and typography, information graphics and imagery
  • Knowledge of print and digital best practices
  • Highly proficient at designing and animating presentations in MS PowerPoint.
  • Designing in MS Word
  • Motion design skills in After Effects and Animate
  • Managing photoshoots
  • Ability to manage, write and understand briefs

  • 5+ years' experience of working as a designer in a corporate or agency environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple design briefs and deadlines on various projects
  • Comfortable producing work to tight deadlines and working with brand guidelines
  • Able to work collaboratively and autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills – experience working with stakeholders across varied levels of seniority
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
  • Strong work ethic
