What you will do: 

  • Develop and execute the overarching visual strategy, aligning creative direction with business objectives and market trends.
  • Conceptualization and execution of feature-specific and member-targeted campaigns, from ideation to launch.
  • Support the creation of high-quality photography and CGI that reflects the brand’s vision and values.
  • Oversee the work of external partners and lead internal projects for social and paid media.
  • Design presentations to keep a consistent look and feel
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in design.

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 5+ years of advertising or in-house design experience
  • Craftsmanship: Excellent eye for detail, design, and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Knowledge: a proven understanding of brand, email, social media, video, collateral/presentation, and experiential design as well as composition, color, imagery, and photography
  • Toolkit: Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, & Figma

  • Adaptability & Speed: You need to be flexible and open to shifting roles, timelines, responsibilities, and priorities. (as our launches are seasonal)
  • Proactivity & Autonomous: Taking initiative and being self-motivated are crucial. You should be able to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them without always waiting for direction.
  • Ownership & Accountability: You will be a DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for work and outcomes. You will own the workstream and need to lead it from end to end. (concept to execution) You will have the responsibility to present the work and communicate with the operation team to ensure leadership is up to date.
  • Multitasking Abilities: You will often need to juggle various tasks and projects, so being organized and efficient in managing multiple responsibilities is important.
  • Collaboration & Strong communication: Teamwork is essential, as a rapidly scaling business, everyone needs to work closely together and support one another towards company goals/vision

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • $86.10 per hour
