The Associate Director, Supplier Management &Innovation plays a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced supplier management policies and procedures, focusing on enhancing supplier interactions and performance and enabling value creation. This role involves spearheading supplier management and innovative frameworks and tools for supplier management, collaborating with category managers on supplier portfolio strategies, and facilitating workshops and conferences for effective supplier engagement focused on the short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functions strategy.
