As the first-person patients meet, you’re the face (and voice!) of the office. You’ll manage the flow of the office by answering phones,  scheduling appointments, and checking patients in and out, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Plus, you’ll keep the office upbeat, friendly, and organized!

🦷 Treatment Coordinator Role
Have a knack for treatment planning and insurance coordination?  Then we have the role for you! As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll guide patients through their care journey, help them understand their treatment options, and handle insurance verification—all while making sure they feel cared for every step of the way.

✅ Qualifications for Treatment Coordinators:
✔️ At least 1 year of dental experience.
✔️ Knowledge of dental insurance benefits.
✔️ Strong communication skills (🎉 Bonus if bilingual!).
✔️ Dentrix experience is preferred.

 What You’ll Do:

💼 Front Desk Receptionist Duties:
📞 Answer patient calls, schedule appointments, and check patients in/out.

🏥 Treatment Coordinator Duties:
📝 Work with the team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
🗣️ Educate patients about their treatment options and insurance coverage.
📲 Follow up to ensure patients understand their care plans and next steps.

📋 Organized multitasker who can juggle multiple tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment.
🤝 Team players who bring positive energy and excellent communication skills to the table.
💡 Experience with insurance verification and treatment planning (required for Treatment Coordinators, not for Front Desk Receptionists).
