Provide primary support for all academic and instructional applications such as Learning Management System (LMS), lecture capture, test scoring, email, collaborative tools, etc. Provide secondary support for survey needs and research solutions.
Responsible for administrative support and application management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Manage enrollments, populating courses, creating course shells, planning and executing user interface for system upgrades and overseeing user support.
Be the principle support for managing the web conferencing and collaboration system user administration.
Provide backup support for survey needs and research solutions.
Participate in training sessions as part of the Academic Applications Services team.
Deliver direct support to end-users via ticketing system and other communication channels.
Create and maintain documentation of supported educational tools.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about changes and updates to supported applications.
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelors’ degree.
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements
Two years’ experience in technology related field.
Higher education experience supporting instructional technology solutions such as LMS, lecture capture, web conferencing systems, email, etc. preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
