Salesforce Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on CPQ, Core Salesforce, and Experience Cloud. As a Tech Lead, you will guide a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the implementation of high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance on design, coding, and best practices.
  • Define development standards and ensure the team adheres to Salesforce best practices.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, bridging business requirements with technical solutions.

Solution Design and Development

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
  • Oversee the development of Salesforce components, including Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, triggers, workflows, and process automation.
  • Ensure the scalability, maintainability, and performance of solutions across CPQ, Core Salesforce, and Experience Cloud.

Integration and Data Management

  • Lead the integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data-related challenges.

Project Oversight

  • Own the technical delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and data management practices.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide development teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist, or Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred).
