As an Observability-AIOps engineer you will:• Explore the complex IT estates of our clients to understand their observability-AIOps opportunities• Collaborate to architect unified observability and AIOps strategies which employ leading AI technology• Implement enterprise observability-AIOps technology and processes• Amplify observability-AIOps outcomes by accelerating adoption across technology and business organizationsThere will never be a typical day at Accenture and that’s why we love it here! The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s What You Need:• Minimum 3+ years working knowledge and hands-on experience working with monitoring or observability tools including, but not limited to: Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.• Hands-on experience collecting performance data, analyzing, troubleshooting, and tuning• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).Bonus points if you have (Preferred Qualifications)• Previous Consulting experience• Experience integrating observability tools with ServiceNow• Experience in calculating system reliability metrics, including MTTD, MTTI, SLO, SLI• Experience delivering software designed for high concurrency, scalability, or availability• Built tooling to improve reliability of systems, automated remediation of issues, or improve scalability.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
