As VP T&C Digital Services and Business Development Support, you will champion all things Digital within a T&C setting. You will lead the business through a transformation journey to deliver a progressive, efficient and consistent employee experience. In addition to your innate ability to deliver to an international hospitality demographic, you will also come equipped with the following:
Strong experience in Project Management and Digital exposure
At least 10 years experience in Human Resources, with your most recent tenure being of a similar nature.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical eye and attention to detail
Collaborative
Customer centric
Ability to adapt your style and tone to a range of cross country stakeholders
Additional languages such as French are highly desireable
