Job Description

As VP T&C Digital Services and Business Development Support, you will champion all things Digital within a T&C setting. You will lead the business through a transformation journey to deliver a progressive, efficient and consistent employee experience. Our Talents will feel confident, equipped and able to help drive digitalisation n into their entire ecosystem.  

Additonally, here is further peak into your journey as VP T&C Digital Services and Business Development Support:

  • Work with the global digital team leads to build or further professionalize the digital community. Deploy fully T&C digital services solutions to the hotels (44 countries, ~ 100,000 talents) and support offices (18 countries, ~1850 talents).
  • Collaboratively work along each pillar of candidate and talent experiences where digital components need implementation. e.g., Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Talent Management, Career website, onboarding, learning and development, farewell. Support the T&C teams with all digital platforms as a technical point of view i.e., Engagement, HR-DATA.
  • Support Local T&C teams, Centre of Excellence Hotels talents, and Academy to achieve revenue targets through T&C services business model development, sales steering implementation, and continuation of services digitalisation including CRM, contracting, billing, and marketing.

Qualifications

In addition to your innate ability to deliver to an international hospitality demographic, you will also come equipped with the following: 

  • Strong experience in Project Management and Digital exposure

  • At least 10 years experience in Human Resources, with your most recent tenure being of a similar nature. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills 

  • Strong analytical eye and attention to detail

  • Collaborative 

  • Customer centric 

  • Ability to adapt your style and tone to a range of cross country stakeholders 

  • Additional languages such as French are highly desireable
