Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR operations team in designing, implementing, and managing HR processes and systems.

  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and labor relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR operations or HR management, with a strong emphasis on compliance and process optimization.
  • Proven track record in managing HR projects and initiatives from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR data and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
