Recruiter - Temporary 3-6 months

As we enter a busy hiring season, Telligen seeks a skilled Temporary Recruiter to support our Human Resources team. This role offers the unique chance to make a significant impact in a short time frame, leveraging your expertise in recruitment and hiring practices. This role will be on-site in our West Des Moines, IA office and will last approximately 3-6 months. 


Essential Functions
  • Conducts full life cycle of recruitment delivering high-quality service to hiring managers by matching candidates’ skills to open requisitions. Maintains excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community-at-large.

  • Consults with managers and leadership to develop recruiting strategies. Guides managers through hiring process including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, developing interview questions, selecting best qualified candidates and negotiating offers.

  • Communicates with candidates describing benefits of working at Telligen including total compensation package and organizational culture. 

  • Establishes and maintains a positive image of Telligen with candidates and community. Supports organizational mission and company culture.

  • Stay abreast of recruiting and market trends in IT and health care industries


Requirements
  • Two or four-year degree and/or equivalent experience

  • 0-3 years experience in full life-cycle recruiting preferably in technology or healthcare

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system or HRIS preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required

  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
