Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth daily operations of BB’s Restaurant. You will lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service while supporting the F&B Supervisor and Manager with staff supervision, service quality, and outlet operations. Your goal is to ensure guests receive an outstanding experience, all while maintaining Accor's high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations and supporting team members during service

  • Ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service

  • Assisting with team training and development

  • Maintaining hygiene and WHS standards in line with hotel policies

  • Driving sales through upselling and product knowledge

  • Communicating effectively with both front and back-of-house teams

  • Supporting the team and stepping up in the absence of the Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Experience in a food and beverage outlet, ideally in a hotel or fast-paced restaurant

  • Previous leadership experience or a desire to step into a supervisory role

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

  • Sound knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and cocktails

  • A proactive and positive attitude with strong communication skills

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • Passionate about hospitality with a guest-focused mindset

  • A team player who thrives in a multicultural environment
