We will be asking you to take our Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through Predictive Index, you will be automatically prompted to take the Assessment as part of the online Application process.

This is a 2-part Assessment, the first part is a Behavioral Assessment and takes about 3 minutes. The second Assessment is a Cognitive Assessment that takes 12 minutes. Don't be nervous, this isn't a test, there is no "pass" or "fail"! It's simply an Assessment that will help us ensure we consider you for a position best suited for you. It will also be used to help us ensure you are most effectively trained and developed so that you thrive and grow should you join EōS.

EōS Fitness is looking for an Accounting Assistant who will assist various accounting-related tasks. The ideal candidate must have desire to become a proficient user of systems, possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding work environment with a drive for continuous process improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the accounts payable workflow by performing vendor maintenance activities, coding invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and preparing & mailing batch or ad hoc payments.
• Manage accuracy and timely payments for 1400+ invoices/month.
• Perform periodic uploads from the A/P workflow system to Oracle and reconciles exception report to ensure completeness of upload to the general ledger.
• Assist with the management of invoices through our online A/P document software.
• Assist with reconciliation of credit card statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Manage and fulfill periodic Form W-9 requests.
• Manage member refunds and assist with monthly processing of A/R and revenue.
• Prepare and code monthly capital lease invoices for payment.
• Assist with ad hoc payroll-related requests and follow-up with personnel as needed.
• Assist with external audit requests.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly internal reports.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations as needed.
• Provide status updates of workflow exceptions and potential issues with Accounting Manager.
• Retrieve, sort and process incoming mail.
• Manage periodic fulfillment of office supplies.
• Enforces accounting policies and procedures and adheres to EōS Fitness Core Values.
• Requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities and able to meet published deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
