We’re looking for professionals who bring passion and expertise in Energy Management Systems. Depending on the role and experience level, ideal candidates may meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background in Electrical, Electronics, Energy, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines
  • Experience range: 1–10+ years in EMS, power systems, or related energy sectors
  • Strong understanding of energy management principles, power monitoring, and energy optimization strategies
  • Hands-on experience with EMS platforms, energy dashboards, or SCADA-based monitoring tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with standards & protocols such as ISO 50001, IEC standards, Modbus, BACnet, etc.
  • For Application & Integration roles: Knowledge of system configuration, software integration, and third-party interfacing
  • For Design & Estimation roles: Ability to prepare BOQs, technical drawings, load calculations, and cost estimates
  • For Sales roles: Strong communication skills and technical-commercial understanding of EMS solutions
  • Analytical mindset for roles involving data analysis, reporting, and system performance evaluation
  • Willingness to travel or work on-site at client/project locations, when required
  • Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, EMS software suites, or data visualization platforms is a bonus
