If you're a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking to make a difference, we want to hear from you! At our company, you’ll take the lead in assessing, designing, implementing, and supervising individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients in their homes, schools, and communities. You'll provide quality supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), nurturing their skills and careers while fostering strong, collaborative clinical teams that include the RBTs and caregivers. Your role also involves supervising field students to help them obtain their BACB supervision hours and facilitating caregiver training with thoughtful modeling each week. Every little detail matters, which is why crafting high-quality session notes and behavioral plans is part of the job – no pressure, just your expertise shining through. We value open communication and collaboration, and we encourage you to be yourself while demonstrating kindness and compassion in every interaction. To join our incredible team, you must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing while meeting all necessary supervision requirements for RBTs. Your experience in developing behavior and skill acquisition programs, conducting assessments, and impeccable organizational skills will contribute tremendously to our mission. We also conduct thorough background checks, so a clear record is important. In return, we offer a competitive compensation package, peer mentoring, medical, dental, vision benefits, and a retirement plan to secure your future. Come be part of a supportive environment where your expertise will shine and positively impact our clients' lives!
