Board Certified Behavior Analyst

BCBA Responsibilities:

  • Assess, design, implement, and supervise individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for in-home, school and community clients
  • Provide high quality supervision to RBTs to nurture their skills and careers
  • Facilitating strong, collaborative clinical teams comprised of the RBT(s), Caregiver(s), and yourself for each of your clients
  • Supervise field students for BACB supervision hours
  • Facilitate caregiver training and modeling on a weekly basis
  • Crafting high quality and timely session notes, behavioral improvement plans, positive behavioral support plans, functional analysis reports, administrative memos and letters in support of clinical services
  • Collaboration and open communication

BCBA Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with completion of supervision requirements to supervise RBT’s
  • Experience developing and writing behavior and skill acquisition programs
  • Proficiency conducting assessments such as ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland 3 and or PDBBI (as required by the funding source)
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, time management and organization
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
