Action is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II to join our team at 2177 Third, located in San Francisco.
Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining and repairing the common areas and amenities of the HOA community. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Compensation: $35.00- $37.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM + On-Call

We’re looking for someone with solid technical know-how, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach, who can handle a dynamic environment full of challenges.
