Vulnerability Manager/Pen Tester | Req#3564ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Vulnerability Manager/Pen Tester.This role will require a clearance, will sponsor. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.Join our dynamic team, we are looking for a seasoned professional with at least five years of hands-on penetration testing experience, adept at using tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Nessus to assess and secure Windows and Linux Server environments. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, the ability to automate tasks using scripting languages, and hold relevant certifications such as OSCP or CISSP. Responsibilities include leading security assessments, mentoring engineers, and staying updated on the latest vulnerabilities and exploits.Responsibilities:• Lead security assessments and penetration testing projects.• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities to assess risks.• Conduct advanced penetration testing on networks, systems, and applications.• Develop and deliver detailed reports and presentations on findings.• Mentor and lead engineers in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.• Stay updated on the latest vulnerabilities, exploits, and offensive techniques.• Provide training and presentations on penetration testing and vulnerability management.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.• Possess ONE (1) of the following or equivalent: OSCP, OSWP, GWAPT, GPEN, CEH, CISM, GWEB, CISSPActioNet is a CMMI-DEV Level 4, CMMI-SVC Level 4, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HDI-certified, woman-owned IT Solutions Provider with strong qualifications and expertise in Agile Software Engineering, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, and IT Managed Services.
