Our client is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support their team!Contract: 4-6 months - MUST BE LOCATED IN DMV AREAIMPORTANT: This position could possibly convert, no promises! If the Contractor were to convert, they would need to work "In Office" Monday through Friday without exception.Having experience with an implementation is required...working with data fields, etc.5+ years of HRIS experience is required: MUST be proficient in "UKG Pro"● Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to HR and business partners on various people-related issues, such as employee engagement, exit surveys, etc., to identify patterns/trends and track goals against benchmarks.● Maintain regular and ad hoc reporting from our HRIS BI reporting tool (UKG Pro)● Collaborate with People Team Partners to ensure accurate and timely data reporting and analysis and compliance reporting requirements● Contribute to the development of HR dashboards to monitor workforce trends, including headcount, turnover, retention, diversity and inclusion, talent development, business continuity, succession planning etc., and identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.● Lead data initiatives to define, standardize, cleanse and map HR data, including to other systems and for use in business processes.● Use metrics to story-tell around the effectiveness and overall health of various functions and processes across the organization.● Produce meaningful presentations based on the analytics and insights on a cyclical and ad hoc basis as needed● Collaborate with GRC/Compliance Group to resolve findings and bring systems to compliance● Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users● Collaborates with Sr HRIS Analyst and People Team staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutionsThis Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
