Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

They are looking for a Senior Revenue and Financial Reporting Accountant to manage revenue recognition, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a stable, revenue-generating company and collaborate with a team of high-caliber professionals.Key Responsibilities:• Revenue Recognition & Reconciliation:• Manage monthly revenue recognition processes.• Perform reconciliations and calculate sales allowances and accruals.• SEC Reporting:• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for SEC filings.• SOX Compliance:• Collaborate with SOX consultants to ensure compliance.• Review and test internal controls and update related documentation.• Business Development Integration:• Partner with the FP&A team to ensure accurate accounting treatment and integration of business development transactions.Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.• Experience:• Minimum of 3 years in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry experience.• Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sector is preferred.• Skills:• Familiarity with SEC reporting, revenue recognition, and stock compensation preferred.• Certifications: CPA preferred.We prioritize our consultants' well-being and career growth.
