Adecco is seeking a Technical Writer for a 6-month assignment at a manufacturing facility in Horsham, PA. to support the team in standardizing and documenting manufacturing and system processes and procedures. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure accuracy and clarity in the documentation of critical processes that ensure smooth operations across the organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Observe and accurately document manufacturing processes and procedures.• Develop and implement new templates to standardize and improve work documentation.• Work independently to write, proofread, and edit technical documents.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure completeness of documentation.• Provide suggestions and recommendations for improvements to existing documentation.Hours: 7am-4:30pm 9X80 work schedule.30.00 per hourSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.COMPETENCIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.• Interpersonal skills – able to interact effectively with team members across different functions.• Proficiency with computer tools – familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, especially Word and Excel.QUALIFICATIONSThe successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
