Our multidisciplinary team includes product managers, researchers, engineers, industrial designers, and store designers, all collaborating to redefine the future of retail technology.Key Responsibilitie• s:Collaborative Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive user interfaces that enhance the Client Cart experienc• e.User-Centered Approach: Dive deep into customer pain points, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform and iterate on design solution• s.Prototype Development: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concept• s.Design Systems: Define user interactions, information architecture, and visual language, introducing improved design patterns and system• s.Research Partnership: Collaborate with UX researchers to formulate and execute generative and evaluative studie• s.Stakeholder Communication: Clearly and persuasively present complex design concepts and decisions to diverse audiences.Basic Qualificatio• ns:5-7 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on UI design for digital produc• ts.Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and desi• gn.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary te• am.Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on logical thinking and adaptability.Preferred Qualificati• ons:Experience designing for hardware-software integrated products, particularly in retail or consumer electron• ics.Understanding of UI-sensor interactions and the ability to design intuitive interfaces for both store associates and custom• ers.Proven track record of taking ownership of features and following through on design iterations.
