As a boutique, team-based financial advisory firm in Colchester, VT, we work with a select number of families, helping them prepare for various life events by developing a personalized financial plan and providing full-service wealth management. We are client focused, with integrity always, have excellence in all we do, and have great respect for team members and our community. In support of our client service offerings, WellBridge Wealth is seeking a fulltime Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Highly organized, accurate, and attention to detail
  • Polite and clear phone manner
  • Positive, energetic attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Embraces technology improvements and a sincere willingness to learn and grow
  • Experience in contact management & scheduling systems
  • Highly proficient with in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • At least 2+ years of client service experience in a professional office environment, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Associates degree or higher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and triaging phone calls
  • Greeting clients
  • Maintain client management system
  • Maintain and coordinate calendar for multiple advisors and staff, including client appointments, internal lunches, team meetings and events, etc.
  • Responsible for scanning, labeling, filing all client data and documents
  • Composes and sends routine correspondence to clients, including e-mails, letters, confirmations and faxes
  • Orders and maintains supplies for the Practice
  • Supports and implements marketing activities including but not limited to social media and website maintenance, events and seminar, public relations and correspondence upon request
  • Responsible for retrieving, logging, and routing all incoming mail and processing of outgoing mail
  • Meeting preparation and follow up
  • Responsible for the general up-keep and organization of the Practice
