Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical operations within the hospice program.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct patient admissions and visits as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare and insurance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
  • Current CPR and TB test certifications.
