Job Description AECOM is currently seeking a proactive and collaborative Full-stack Developer to join our Global Urban Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) within AECOM’s Buildings Places business line. This selected candidate will work with core team members of the Urban Analytics COE as well as other AECOM teams to deliver quality products and solutions to our clients around the world. This position must be based in the U.S. and offers the flexibility of being either hybrid or fully remote. The expectation is to work collaboratively with the team, utilizing Microsoft Teams or other virtual communication platforms. An ideal candidate is strong in technical skills and familiar with the work environment of a consulting or engineering firm. Principle Accountabilities include but not limited to: Develop web-based applications, dashboards, and APIs either independently or in collaboration with team members. Lead or actively participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders. Present and demonstrate prototypes/products to clients. Take an active role in defining the product architecture and technology stack. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Host and maintain applications using cloud-based platforms like Azure or AWS. Optimize code for speed and scalability Qualifications Minimum Requirements: BA/BS degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related subjects Strong technical skills in web / software development Strong communication skills Proven ability to build successful web-based applications Proven ability to build successful web-based applications and work collaboratively with UI/UX designers, developers, managers, and clients Additional Information Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. Relocation is not available for this position Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $85,000.00 - $125,000.00.
