Our business is growing, with more people trusting Nature’s Menu with their pet’s diet every week. To reach a diverse community of pets and pet owners, we have created an innovative Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team to focus on bringing our products and expertise in pet wellbeing online.
Our Customer Happiness team🐾
We need a Customer Service expert to surprise and delight our customers through all of our D2C channels - call centre, email, social media and web chat. We aim to be the best at what we do and that’s why we win Customer Service awards!
Our Customer Service Advisors:
Care about improving the lives of pets and their caregivers
Are empowered to make customer-focused decisions
Thrive working in a dynamic and fast-paced growing team
Actively listen to understand customer needs
Work effectively with technology and digital-based activities
Proactively raise issues and find solutions
Provide excellent feeding advice to pet caregivers
Use confidence, patience and diplomacy to deal with challenging issues
Maximise sales opportunities using persuasion skills
This is a maternity leave contract and we will consider part time or full time hours. The role is available either as remote or hybrid working. Our hybrid model is 2 days per week at our Head office in Snetterton,Norfolk and 3 days remote working.
Our team is leading a groundbreaking D2C eCommerce project to shake up the pet food industry. We have big ambitions. When you join our team you have the opportunity to make an impact from your first 30 days. You’ll be working with, and learning from, commercially-experienced D2C and pet wellbeing experts in squads and teams and our international Affinity Petcare community.
