Brand Creative Project Manager (Remote)

We’re looking for a Brand Creative Project Manager, with an interest in creative production, to join our Global Brand Creative team and help us spread the good word of Affirm to our consumers.


Our ideal candidate is a proactive self starter, critical thinker, and problem solver who is looking to use those skills to implement positive change within an in-house creative team. They’re organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with experience solving creative challenges, from managing timelines to producing in-house shoots to optimizing creative operations, project timelines, and resourcing. 

 

What you’ll do


  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring creative projects and productions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to company and marketing department goals 
  • Act as a liaison between the in-house creative team and our cross-functional partners, manage all operational touchpoints in bringing marketing creative projects to life, and act as a voice for the creative team
  • Manage resourcing for a team of copywriters and art directors/designers, handle project timelines, and prioritize projects by working cross-functionally with creative and marketing leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing partners on quarterly project planning and initiate the planning of incoming projects while ensuring technical feasibility and resourcing availability 
  • Collaborate with creative leadership to continually optimize creative operations, from resourcing to scoping to timelines  
  • Develop rigorous reporting via our Asana project management tool, for the purpose of monitoring resourced hours and project scope, in addition to sharing with cross-functional partners and aiding in transparency in the creative team’s work and workload
  • Prepare and manage production budgets and team ops budgets, and organize and manage social content productions (sourcing props, renting studio space, organizing equipment, etc.) 

 

What we’re looking for


  • 7+ years of creative project management experience with a track record of meeting deadlines and implementing systems for efficiencies and enhanced collaboration
  • A natural problem-solver with critical thinking skills and keen attention to detail
  • Well-versed across the project management of creative marketing materials, with an understanding of the level of creative effort needed to execute projects ranging from digital assets to social and social productions to events and internal communications
  • Experience with digital project management tools (Asana experience strongly preferred) 
  • Experience with creative deliverables and briefs, and a baseline understanding of what is required of them 
  • A clear communicator with the ability to effectively and consistently articulate project processes and creative needs 
  • A proactive, action-oriented approach 
  • In-house production experience preferred but agency production experience also acceptable
  • Global experience a plus

Pay Grade - USA 29

Employees new to Affirm or promoted into a new role, typically begin in the min to mid range.


USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: 

Min: $138,800     

Mid: $173,500

Max: $208,200 

 

USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: 

Min: $124,900     

Mid: $156,100

Max: $187,300
