Financial Reporting Manager
Affirm is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to join our team. This role involves assisting in the preparation of SEC filings, overseeing subsidiary financial statements, and more.
Skills
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting rules
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements for SEC filings
- Oversee preparation and review of subsidiary-level financial statements for statutory filings
- Conduct research on disclosure issues and assist in crafting earnings materials
- Coordinate with auditors during reviews and audits, and work on ad hoc projects
Education
- BS degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or relevant professional certification
