Senior Manager, Partner Sales

Affirm is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Partner Sales team to drive incremental business impact across growing channel-partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Meet GMV and Revenue goals expected from channel partners
  • Establish and manage relationships with key decision-makers within Partners’ field teams
  • Manage a team of individual contributors focused on driving new merchant acquisition through existing partnerships
  • Define and execute partner growth strategies to scale partnerships through their growth stages
  • Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with partners and prospective customers
  • Provide voice of customer and partner internally to ensure solutions meet market needs
  • Bring innovative ideas to improve internal and external processes
