We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join as a Treasury Operations Analyst. Treasury is responsible for the cash management and operations, funding and liquidity planning, and balance sheet risk management of a rapidly growing FinTech company. This particular role will focus on our global cash management and liquidity operations. You will have a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to drive better decision-making across the Capital organization. The ideal candidate will not only have the technical skills to support their recommendations, but also strong interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Daily monitoring and reporting of cash position
KYC due diligence and documentation related to bank accounts and services
Daily wire execution
Open, close, and manage transactional bank accounts including their activity, services, and signers
Bank analysis fee management and reporting
Serve as an internal subject matter expert on domestic and international flow of funds in support of new products and initiatives
Support cross functional team ad hoc requests
Support ongoing ad hoc reporting as well as internal and external audit requirements
Contribute operational support for treasury activities such as investments, managing reserve balances, money movement and settlement, collateral requirements related to hedging, as well as secured funding transaction and bank partners/investors coordination
What We Look For:
2 years of experience in Treasury operations, preferably in a financial services environment
BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline
Strong attention to detail and determination with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
Proficiency in SQL a plus
Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
Strong understanding of payments, liquidity management, and cash and risk management solutions
CTP certification a plus

Employees new to Affirm or promoted into a new role, typically begin in the min to mid range.

Min: $80,500
Mid: $92,600
Max: $104,600
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year:
Min: $72,400
Mid: $83,300
Max: $94,200
