Salesforce Administrator

AHEAD is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our organization! This position contributes to the successful delivery of software solutions that enable AHEAD employees to track and process information while providing exceptional service to clients.


Our Salesforce Administrators are responsible for the day to day configuration and support of our highly customized Salesforce platform. While becoming proficient with our org, a typical day will include fulfilling a healthy volume of user requests coming through our ticketing system. Responsibilities will also include a variety of small configuration projects and documentation of

any changes to the environment.


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Work on multiple projects at once customizing and implementing solutions to meet the agreed-upon requirements. Deliver project assignments on time
  • Take ownership of assignments and provide excellent service and quality delivery
  • Maintain expert technical knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds as well as related tools and integrations
  • Perform basic & advanced tasks within Salesforce. (Fields, Objects, Layouts, basic Flows, Reports, Packages, Permissions, SFDX, etc.)
  • Ability to learn new tools or packages and implement with assistance from others
  • Ability to learn to use development tools such as VSCode, SFDX, Gitlab/GitHub, and Jira to perform daily tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 Years of Salesforce admin/developer or technical consultant experience
  • Current Salesforce Admin Certification or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire; Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or additional Salesforce Certifications desired
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing functions; Technology Resale, Professional Services industry experience preferred
  • Foundational of agile methodology; experience working as part of an agile development team desired
  • Foundational understanding of enterprise architecture and how systems integrate with one another
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication
  • Ability to solve problems and clearly communicate/document the solution made
  • Works well with a team and communicates effectively on tasks and projects
  • Has a drive to learn, grow, and improve their skillset and work output


$115,000 - $140,000 a year
The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
