Market Access Manager

The Market Access Manager is responsible for building the localized partnerships to support Aidaly’s expansion nationwide. This role is critical in accessing  ach market’s opportunity, and then overseeing a targeted and responsive launch. This dynamic role will be extremely cross-functional, partnering on digital strategy, health care partnerships, training events, and much more. They will also build key external relationships with health care leaders, policymakers and other brands. We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented win-a-holic with a strong track record of implementing out-of-the-box strategies.

  • Contract with Health Plans at the local level to negotiate the highest caregiver pay rates
  • Understand the nuances of local healthcare policy to ensure Aidaly maintains its position as the standard bearer in home health care
  • Keep company abreast and ready for the changing market access environment and policy changes
  • Oversee the development and implementation of each market access strategy
  • Manage time to develop efficiency, measure what matters and transform into a market launch engine
  • 3+ years’ experience within healthcare industry, with recent focus in market access leadership
  • 2+ years of successful GTM  
  • Demonstrated leadership ability building high-performing teams; strong ability to engage and motivate people 
  • Possesses both strategic and operational mindset, with the ability to see the big picture while ensuring a laser-like attention to detail
  • Demonstrates a high level of intellectual curiosity, innovation and creative problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit; can thrive in an agile environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop important relationships that include trust and encourage diversity in all its forms
