Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in using search tools and technologies, including browser plugins and automation programs.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing trends and techniques, with a willingness to explore new tools and life hacks.
  • Ability to tailor communication strategies to different candidates and understand their unique advantages.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever.
  • Strong analytical skills and a desire to deepen knowledge in analytics.
  • Self-organized with the ability to manage vacancies across various domains while effectively communicating with recruiters and hiring managers.


Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of any second foreign language(Spanish, Italian, French, German, Polish etc.)


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill candidate pipelines.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including Boolean search, Github, Linkedin Recruiter, social networks, and alternative sources.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with the company's talent attraction strategy.
  • Track and analyze candidate metrics, including passive candidate engagement and interview conversions.
