ERP Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ERP Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an ERP Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our ERP software solutions to businesses across various industries. Your main responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals through outbound and inbound sales efforts, all while ensuring that the customer receives the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    Identify and prospect potential clients using various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.). Qualify leads and set up meetings to understand client needs.
  • Product Presentation & Demos:
    Present and demonstrate ERP solutions to potential customers, showcasing how our system can streamline operations, improve productivity, and drive business growth.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery calls to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, CEOs, and other senior executives, to understand their business challenges and position the ERP solution as the right fit.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
    Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales forecasts and pipeline health to management.
  • Collaboration:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies, campaigns, and messaging. Work closely with implementation and support teams to ensure a seamless transition post-sale.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
    Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in ERP sales, SaaS sales, or software sales (preferably B2B).
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and how they integrate with various business functions (accounting, inventory, CRM, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of how ERP systems can solve business pain points.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex software solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Sales Skills:
    • Strong ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
    • Proven ability to close sales, negotiate contracts, and handle objections effectively.
  • Customer-Centric:
    • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
    • Ability to understand and assess client business needs to position the ERP solution as a perfect fit.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
    • Comfortable with web-based technologies and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
