Job Overview:
As the Partnership Manager for EU Insurance and Broker Relations, you will play a critical role in growing our partnership business across major insurers and brokers throughout Europe. You will focus on building relationships within the internal teams of these organizations, identifying high-potential areas for collaboration, and managing partnership projects from inception to execution. This role requires deep insight into the internal dynamics of insurers and brokers as well as the growth potential of different types of Consumer Lines insurance programs, enabling you to navigate their organizational structures to drive meaningful, long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will develop a keen understanding of Qover’s business model and growth targets, ensuring that our involvement aligns with the most advantageous insurance programs for our strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
Partnership Development and Growth:
● Identify and target high-value partnership opportunities across various teams within major insurers and brokers.
● Foster new relationships and expand existing ones within the EU market.
● Assess the organizational structure and decision-making processes of key insurance and broker organizations to identify the most promising partnership teams.
● Proactively engage with the right stakeholders across insurers and brokers, from senior executives to operational teams, to develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives.
● Develop a keen understanding of the importance of customer journey design and the corresponding impact on conversion rates, how this drives growth and program sustainability to target the right projects.
Internal Collaboration:
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership strategies are efficiently executed.
● Develop closely knit teamwork with the internal teams to align on priorities and ensure transparent operations
Understanding Qover's Capacity and Strategic Alignment:
● Learn about the types of insurance programs that are most advantageous for Qover’s business model, considering our growth targets and strategic goals.
● Develop a strong understanding of Qover’s capacities, especially in programs where insurance is integrated into the distribution partner's core value proposition and where insurance is an optional purchase.
● Gain expertise in customer journey mapping, specifically how different customer journeys lead to varying conversion rates, and leverage this knowledge to enhance program design and drive production growth.
Project Management and Execution:
● Lead the end-to-end management of partnership projects together with internal project managers, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to develop joint business plans, define project milestones, and execute key deliverables.
● Monitor and report on the progress of partnerships and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet performance goals in close alignment with the Head of Partnerships.
Your Profile :
● 5+ years of experience in partnership development, account management, or business development, focusing on the insurance and/or brokering industry.
● Proven ability to execute growth initiatives and develop high-growthacc commercial relations.
● Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
● Self-driven, reliable, pursuing excellence in accordance with Qover’s objectives and values.
● A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges and opportunities.
● Ability to travel across Europe as needed.
● Fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
● Strong alignment with the Head of Partnerships to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
