About The Role:
This is a new role within AKT to support fast paced growth and the increased need to support Founders to spend more time delivering key strategic responsibilities and move away from day to day operational duties. In the first 12 months the Founders will need support during their many trips to the USA: attending award ceremonies, conferences and product launches of our new ranges. Another key part of this role is the coordination of delivery for the launch of AKT's own podcast as part of AKT's exciting expansion plans.
Success in this role will directly impact the success of AKT’s growth by proactively running an efficient operation and allowing the founders to shine. This role is a great opportunity to get involved across a range of initiatives and duties for someone who enjoys collaboration, team work and acting on behalf of others.
This role will report to the CEO but will work very closely with both our Founders Ed and Andy and will collaborate closely with our Chief of Staff. There is expectation to be available to work from the London office when needed with occasional travel across the UK.

While your base will primarily be in our London office, occasional travel across the UK is likely as part of your role. You should be ready to wear many hats—general administration, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and project management will all be part of your repertoire.
